We’re happy to share that the romaine lettuce served at Bob’s comes from Local Bounti, a controlled-environment greenhouse in Pasco, Washington, and is not part of the current recall.

We’re proud to partner with a local Washington grower to bring fresh, high-quality greens to our guests while supporting local agriculture. Now all that’s left to do is decide which salad you’re ordering! đŸ„—

Razz Fest weekend is here in Lynden, and we’re celebrating with drink specials made with fresh local raspberries!

First up: the Raspberry Snow Slide, made with Pinnacle Vanilla Vodka, fresh local raspberry purée, Skip Rock Raspberry Liqueur, half-and-half, and topped with a mountain of whipped cream.
