It's been fun guys and gals but today we shut the doors of Jacked Rabbit Food Truck for good. We had a blast and met some wicked amazing people along the way. Concerning the beloved hot rabbits, Bahn Mi, and many other recipes that you have been wanting; I'm working on a cook book right now with all the favorites and some that never made it on the truck. Stay tuned to this page for more information on that and other Jacked Rabbit related projects. We are still taking catering orders for now.
