🚶🚶♀️🚶♂️Tomorrow is the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Lynchburg, TN and this one is especially close to our hearts. 💜 🚶🚶♀️🚶♂️
Alzheimer’s awareness is personal to our family. My wife’s mother, Johnie, has early-onset Alzheimer’s, and over the past few years, we’ve watched this disease slowly take away so much of the woman we know and love. It’s a heartbreaking journey that has reminded us that Alzheimer’s doesn’t affect just the person diagnosed—it affects the spouses, children, caregivers, and entire families who walk alongside them every single day.
Our hope is that one day, families won’t have to experience this kind of loss and that a cure will be found. Until then, we’ll keep supporting, remembering, and hoping. 💜
