We will be permanently closing our store Friday night (8/23). While we are sad, we’re also incredibly grateful for the friendships and memories we’ve made here the last few years.

Seth and Myles will still be operating the food truck full time. If you think your company would like to have us cater or serve lunch there, please let us know.

After long consideration we have decided to change our hours to 4-9 pm Wednesday through Saturday and 4-8 sundays.

Here’s why:
If you’ve come to our shop you’ll notice it’s the same 2 guys working no matter what time you order. We (Seth & Myles) open the store everyday which involves more than just turning the ovens and open sign on. We get there around 10 am every day. We work all day, then close the store which involves more than just locking up. Every single pizza ordered is made by the same cook. Every doughball hand rolled. Every wing is hand seasoned. Essentially everything on our menu is made in house everyday. This is the work ethic it takes when you start a business.

However, it’s not realistic to work those hours long-term. We’re learning as we go and that’s a lesson we’re learning rather quickly. We’ve worked hard to provide the highest food quality and build our customer base the last couple years and believe we will continue to be successful with the new hours.

With that being said, thank you so much for your support in this journey. We look forward to serving you and your family dinner!! 🍕
