This week’s special is the Grilled Chicken Club Biscuit 🐔🔥

Grilled chicken topped with melty Swiss cheese, fresh tomato, and our bacon aioli slaw stacked on a fresh buttermilk biscuit. Simple, fresh, and messy in the best way.

Want to keep it veggie? We’ve got a tofu version available with a sun-dried tomato aioli that absolutely holds its own. 🌱

Lynchburg really showed up for National Buttermilk Biscuit Day. We can’t thank you all enough for celebrating biscuits with us the way you did today. From the early morning rush to the last biscuit out the door, the love was unreal.

This week’s special: The Adobo Chicken Biscuit — put together by _ivy and it’s bringing the heat and the comfort.

Slow roasted adobo chicken stacked over our buttermilk biscuit, loaded with spicy pinto beans, housemade queso, pickled cabbage, and a bright salsa verde… finished with fresh cilantro and all those juices soaking right in. Yeah… it’s that kind of special.
