even if it's just you or you and a hundred - write the things you would like to rid/exile/excise from your life on a small scrap of paper, put the paper(s) in a fireproof bowl and set fire to them at midnight.
it's a great cathartic ritual that we SWEAR works. and then, get out there and LIVE.
