Position: Line Cooks / Kitchen Assistants
Location: 5 Main Street, Lyme, NH
Full-time and Part-time Roles Available
We are seeking reliable and motivated help to join our energetic and focused kitchen.
Line Cooks at Stella’s are responsible for cooking on the line and contributing to grill, sauté, pizza prep, and the salad station when necessary. They assist the team with food preparation, receiving deliveries, managing the inventory of our food storage, and they are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
About Us:
Stella’s Italian Kitchen & Café is a small, but busy restaurant in the heart of Lyme, NH – a 15 minute drive north of Hanover, NH. We have a café and retail market, as well as a full-service dining room which is open Wednesday through Saturday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Our team is around 30 people including the café, kitchen, and waitstaff. The environment here is fast-paced and energetic with our tightly knit team.
Compensation / Perks:
• New 401k Program for full-time members
• Flexibility in scheduling: 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts are examples of the schedules we offer
• Very competitive pay based on experience and availability
Qualifications:
• Prior kitchen experience is preferred, but no experience is required. On the job teaching and training is a big part of who we are and how our talent is developed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Reliable form of transportation
