Visual assessment
The color is quite even across the batch, especially considering the very different bean sizes.
The Maragogipe beans (very large) don't appear underdeveloped, which is often the biggest challenge with this coffee.
I don't see obvious scorching, tipping, or excessive quakers.
Surface remains dry with no visible oil—appropriate for a medium roast.
Roast profile
A 1:40 development after a 7:35 first crack gives about an 18% development ratio, which is right where I'd aim for this blend.
The 14% weight loss also suggests a medium roast that should preserve:
Guji floral and berry notes
Maragogipe sweetness and body
Good balance without becoming roasty
What I would expect in the cup
After 48–72 hours of rest:
Blueberry or mixed berry from the Guji
Milk chocolate and caramel sweetness
Slight citrus brightness
Creamy, almost silky body from the Maragogipe
Long, sweet finish

A new Chemex pour over pot to enjoy my roasted Ethiopian Guji Café
I have to say I prefer Aero Press personally. More efficient, cleaner cup and better temp control.

Compared to your previous Santa Marta roasts, this is right in the range I'd expect for a sweet, balanced medium roast. A weight loss around 13–14% generally corresponds to a City+/Full City-style roast that preserves origin character while developing sweetness.
Sweet Maria\'s Coffee Library +1
Expected cup
I would expect:
Medium body
Brown sugar and caramel sweetness
Milk chocolate
Roasted almond or hazelnut
Orange or red apple acidity rather than bright citrus
Clean finish
For AeroPress, this should be an excellent everyday coffee.
Score
Based on the roast photo and your profile:
Uniformity: 9.5/10
Development: 9.3/10
Color consistency: 9.4/10
Overall: 9.4/10
