And specialize in making the tastiest, most nutrient dense breads and baked goods that are 100% gluten-free, grain-free, paleo and keto-friendly (plus some dairy-free options, too!). Our founder, Mina, used to weigh 500 pounds before he successfully lost half his body weight using only diet and exercise. Throughout his four year journey, Mina leveraged his knack for experimentation to develop heal

thy and delicious alternatives to some of his favorite baked goods. Our breads and pastries are baked fresh every morning and are chock-full of protein, fat, fiber, and tons of flavor. We like to consider our products as the natural evolution of bread and baked goods. All of our ingredients are locally sourced from Northern California farms and other small businesses.

Why Buttercup? Because the pumpkin pie filling is made in house using Buttercup Squash and I am beyond impressed with the amazing flavor profile.

And the 2 friends are Peanut Butter and Chocolate. Or PB&J.

And that Peanut Butter is made in house too. No added oils. No added anything. Peanuts. Dash of Salt. Dash of Coconut Sugar.

Let me tell you. It makes such a huge difference in taste and flavor.

Pumpkin Pie and Peanut Butter are 2 of my all time favorite things. And this incarnation of them is just perfect.

All items are Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegan, No Processed Sugar... Y'all know the drill 😉
