We offer, pulled pork, pulled brisket, pulled chicken, sausage, ribs, Smoked salmon, max & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw

Chicken, pork and three sides is $11.00 plate

Add an additional meat, 2.00 to 4.00 per plate, depending on which meats

we can deliver whole sides of smoked salmon, Thursday through Saturday, $20 per pound plus $20 delivery fee

Minimum 10 people, maximum 1000 people

25.00 delivery, 100.00 to bring grill and serve

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I will be smoking up turkeys and salmon for Wednesday afternoon delivery to you. The turkeys will be carved and the meat will be laid back in it’s natural juices and creole marinade. The smoke salmon is a great addition as an appetizer to your Thanksgiving day meal.
