You made it through the summer, the backpacks are packed, and the kids are officially back in school.

That deserves a little celebration.

We've missed you.

Over the past few weeks, so many of you have called, messaged, and stopped by just to check on us. Every message reminded us how fortunate we are to have such an incredible community supporting our family and our team.

Thank you.

Like most family projects, this renovation took longer than we expected. Every time we thought we were ready, there always seemed to be one more thing to finish. I know that meant canceled reservations and changed plans for many of you, and I truly appreciate your patience.

The good news is...

**We'll reopen for takeout tonight and our dining room will reopen this Friday!**

Most of what we've been working on happened behind the scenes. It may not be the first thing you notice when you walk through our doors, but these improvements give us a stronger foundation for where we want Villaggio's to go in the years ahead.

One of those dreams is something we've been talking about for a long time.

Very soon, we'll begin introducing **Pasta d'Italia**—a new menu celebrating the regional traditions of Italy with fresh pasta and authentic recipes inspired by the different regions of the country.

Our chefs will spend this coming week testing, tasting, and perfecting those dishes, and we can't wait to share them with you.

For now, we're simply excited to get back to doing what we love—welcoming you, cooking for you, and creating memorable evenings around the table.

Sometimes the best stories happen when you're too busy living them to post about them.

Over the last week we've been a little quiet on social media... and for good reason.

Every day has been filled with drywall dust, paint brushes, flooring, cleaning, organizing, and countless hours preparing Villaggio's for our next chapter.

One thing this remodel has reminded me is what it truly means to be a small family business.

Yes, we hired licensed professionals for the plumbing and specialty work. But nearly everything else has been done by our own team.

Our chefs have been hanging drywall.
Our dishwashers have become painters.
Servers have been moving equipment and cleaning while food runners and bussers have did demo on floors and walls.
My wife and kids have been right beside us every step of the way.
I've traded my dress shirt for work boots more times than I can count.

Watching everyone step outside of their normal roles to build something together has been one of the most rewarding parts of this project.

In the middle of all the hard work, we decided to take one evening off and spend it together at PopStroke. We played golf, ate way too much food, shared a few drinks, and laughed... a lot. It was exactly what our team needed before getting back to work. I want to thank them for their hospitality.

These past two weeks have reminded me that Villaggio's has never just been about pasta or pizza.

It's about people.

It's about family.

It's about a group of people who genuinely care enough to spend their days—and sometimes nights—building a better experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

We're in the home stretch now and couldn't be more excited.

**We're hoping to reopen next Wednesday!**

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and for supporting local family businesses like ours. We can't wait to welcome everyone back to see what's been happening behind the scenes.

BIG NEWS FROM VILLAGGIO'S!

Beginning June 22, we'll be temporarily closing for approximately two weeks to complete major renovations throughout the restaurant.

This investment includes:
✅ Complete kitchen remodel
✅ New equipment and plumbing upgrades
✅ Improved kitchen organization and workflow
✅ Renovated bathrooms
✅ Fresh paint and dining room updates

Over the years, many guests shared feedback about long wait times during our busiest periods. We listened.

While we've already made significant improvements over the last year, these renovations will help us continue improving service speed, consistency, and overall guest experience.

This is not a closure—it's an investment in the future of Villaggio's.

We expect to reopen around July 7 and will be sharing renovation updates along the way.

Thank you for your continued support. We can't wait to welcome you back to a better Villaggio's.

Join the team at Villaggio’s Ristorante! We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and friendly person to help us create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

This position is perfect for high school students or college undergrads looking for a great work environment and restaurant experience.

Position Details:
• 3–4 nights per week
• Typically 5pm–10pm (11pm on weekends)
• $15–$18 per hour

Responsibilities Include:
• Water refills and guest support
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Keeping the dining room clean and organized
• Assisting servers and helping maintain smooth service

At Villaggio’s, we believe hospitality is about treating guests like family and serving them like royalty. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in helping create a great atmosphere.
