NEW Mercury 3.5hp Outboard - 15" (short) shaft. Internal fuel tank, manual start, tiller handle. Includes a prop and a 3 year factory warranty PLUS 2 additional years of coverage courtesy of Washburn's Boat Yard, Southern Maryland's Mercury Repower Center. (Engine stand not included.)
