Public Announcement
It is with great sadness to inform you all that Taste of Home and Hero's Haven Downtown is permanently closed.
I am not going to go into detail as to why this venture ended and, I would appreciate no negative comments from any of you like I have had in the past five months.
For those of you that did indeed support us, thank you!
We tried to bring a service that was needed in our community and it has taken me weeks to investigate as to why this venture failed and unfortunately, it started the very first day of openning and continued from that day on and there was no coming back.
I do want to thank the employees that worked so hard and stuck by me those last few weeks to help try and keep everything going, you are all angels and are so appreciated and loved.
With all that being said, this restaurant is for now, a turn key for anyone that would be interested. Although I don't own the building, Bob and Tammy Falter are the owners and, the best landlords and friends you could ever have.
If anyone would be interested, please pm me.
Thanks again to everyone and I will miss seeing those of you that came in everyday!

Attention all!!
Hero's Haven at Taste of Home Downtown will be opening tonight at 6pm!
Taste of Home will reopen Friday morning at 7am!!!
Our Lunch and Dinner menu may be limited depending on deliveries.
I want to thank everyone for their understanding of having to cancel our Thanksgiving Buffet and for our closure these past few days.
May you ALL have a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Taste of Home will be closed due to equipment failure.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience!
Due to not being able to prepare food, Hero's Haven will also be closed therefore, there will be no Karaoke tonight.
We will try to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.

Regarding the Post on everything Page County.. that was brought to my attention.
There was an update on my system yesterday, and after reviewing after this Post, I found my taxes were combined incorrectly and is now correct however, it would have been nice if this person would have brought it to my attention at that time.
It seems everyone that has issues with anything pertaining to this restaurant would rather blast us all over Facebook instead of coming to me directly with any concerns. I am here every day, 14+ hours and am available to speak with anyone. All you have to do is ask.
The supplemental fee is the credit card fee by the way. The name is built into the system but our servers and host do tell customers what it means.
