🎻Flotzie’s On The Go at Pickin’ At The Post!🎻

Flotzie’s On The Go is excited to announce that we’ll be making another appearance at the 13th Annual Pickin’ At The Post Bluegrass Festival at the Luray VFW Post 621 (218 Veterans Lane, Luray) this September 4th, 5th, and 6th over Labor Day Weekend. 🎶

This year’s festival is held again in memory of Bo Rodgers, a man who loved bluegrass, loved our veterans, and helped make this event the special tradition it is today.

You can look forward to 20 bluegrass bands playing rain or shine for four straight days, camping auctions, concessions, and a variety of local vendors. If you’ve never had a chance to go, you’re missing out on true community celebration of music, service, and tradition! 🪕

Pickin’ At The Post has become a staple stop for Flotzie’s On The Go for a few years now and we’re proud to keep the tradition going. We can’t wait to see everyone out there enjoying great music, great company, and hopefully some ice cream at some point along the way! 🥰🍦

⭐ Employee Spotlight Sunday: Haylie ⭐

This week we’re giving some well‑earned love to Haylie! She joined us last year at the end of July and has been a steady part of the crew ever since! She’s steady, kind, and always shows up ready to work hard. You may also see her often in our On The Go trailer! ☺️

🍦 Favorite Flotzie’s Treat:
Anything with peanut butter or a good chocolate dip. Basically anything rich or sweet!

🐐 Life Outside of Work:
Her world revolves around her 4H goats. She puts real time and care into them, and you can tell she’s proud of the work she does.

🎯 Goals & Big Dreams:
Haylie wants to travel to every single state in the U.S. Let’s remember to ask her which was the best in several years!

❄️ Dream Destination:
Aside from every state, Iceland is at the top of her list as a dream destination. Beautiful landscapes and quiet air make it the perfect getaway!

📺 Favorite TV Show:
Heartland. A perfect match for someone who loves animals and wide‑open spaces.

📚 Fun Fact:
She was homeschooled her entire life. It’s a part of her story that shaped her into the thoughtful, grounded person she is today.

Just some amazing things we hope you think of when you start dreaming about next year’s 2027 Page Fair! To say we had fun with you all is an understatement!

Tomorrow is our last day at the Page Fair! 🎠🎢🎟️

This was our first year being an official vendor at the fairgrounds and we just want to thank all our Flotzie Friends for all their support! It’s because of you that we’re able to venture out and attend events such as these! ☺️

We hope we were able to be just a small part of all the fun this week! But we still have one more day to get through! Come out tonight and tomorrow and let’s make some sweet memories! 🍦
