A huge thank you to Ian McNulty and The Times-Picayune | NOLA.com for making the trip out to Luling on a Friday to visit our new location. We’re extremely grateful for this incredible write-up!

And to everyone who continues to make the drive, stand in line, tell your friends about us, and support Gonzo’s week after week, thank you! None of this happens without y’all’s support.

Most importantly, none of this would be possible without our amazing staff. These guys show up every week and absolutely crush it. There’s a lot of work that happens behind the scenes before those doors open on Thursday & Friday, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the crew we have.

We’re just going to keep doing what we’ve always done putting in the work, cooking the best food we can, and trying to make every Thursday & Friday in Luling something special. Thank you and see y’all next week ❤️‍🔥

Six months ago, we wrapped up the buildout for Gonzo’s Smokehouse & BBQ in Luling, Louisiana. Looking back at opening day, we’re still proud to have played a part in bringing Jason’s vision to life.

The best part of a project like this is seeing the doors open and hearing that the finished space exceeded the owner’s expectations. Jason, thank you for trusting our team and for the kind words. We loved working with you and the Gonzo’s crew!

Since opening Gonzo’s smokehouse has received OVERWHELMING rave reviews and it is hands down the BEST barbecue!

HOGTOBERFEST + SATURDAY BBQ!!!

A lot of y’all have been asking when our next Saturday BBQ service is happening… well, HERE IT IS!

We’re switching things up for Hogtoberfest weekend, with a schedule very similar to how we ran things for the 4th of July.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10TH: HOGTOBERFEST

We’ll be celebrating with our friends at German Coast B**r Company and moving our normal BBQ Friday service to SATURDAY for the week.

Saturday Lunch: 11:30 AM
Full BBQ service until sold out.

Saturday Late Lunch: 5 PM
We’ll be smoking a WHOLE HOG right in the parking lot for the Hogtoberfest festivities and serving up Whole Hog Sandwiches starting at 5 PM until SOLD OUT!

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8TH: STEAK NIGHT
PREORDER ONLY
Preorders go live on our website Monday, 10/5 at 10 AM.

THURSDAY + FRIDAY LUNCH
