It’s no secret that we are huge fans of Leña pizza. Tonight it was beyond exceptional, the Elotes y Crema pizza was mind blowing. The combination of charred sweet corn, roasted pablano, crema, cilantro and a dusting of dried chipotle powder on top of the best crust and cheeses all melted together in a wood burning oven. Just stellar….
This smacked me dead in the mouth and sent my taste buds right back to the border of my home state. There is only great choices in this establishment , and this one stood out. It’s beyond amazing y’all.
