Many of you found your way to Koquí because of our signature “Borichino” plate, but you may not have met its distant but delicious cousin, the “Bori Bowl.” Our Day Ones remember it as the Borinquen Bowl 🤞🏼🇵🇷

The Bori Bowl is served over a bed of arroz con gandules with a generous portion of roast pork shoulder (pernil) and garnished with roasted red peppers, ajo verde, mayoketchup, plantain chips, and pickled onions with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top 🍛
