We have always been OPEN 4PM TO 8PM TUESDAY-SUNDAY (Closed Monday) *This is a Part Time pizza lab for the development of Regional styles of pizza. Please don't compare our "styles of pizza" with the all the local pizza shops around us.. We prefer to make OUR Pizza a premium choice, far different from the local big volume quick delivery places.

My vision is a relaxed pizza 101 discussion of all the styles we do more with some of my favorite w**e samples.
*higher level classes could be offered in the future like pizza 201, pizza 301 ect

Over the years people asked for a PIZZA SCHOOL from Casa Pizzeria.
Sometimes i thought they were kidding - some are, and some i can see have a real passion. It is certainly a complement.

I always wanted to get something going - i can talk about pizza forever - but i struggle with a STANDARD i don't believe i can perform at. I don't really feel i'm truly qualified yet.I may never be. Some of the top pizza pros at the Pizza Expo pizza conventions i've been to, go to such depth. thats next level for sure.
*I DO believe i could share my trials and errors over the years from Casa. It still would be fun to have a party around pizza.

There is a lot to know and i'm still a student.
That said, I really don't mind helping passionnant pizza lovers with their trials at home. i don't mind weighing in to get people closer to their PIZZA CREATION in the home setup.

we do need a weekly class just for our stuff ordering menu.

THIS one is probably the best selling pizza at Casa Pizzeria for almost 3 weeks! It's crazy how this THICK PIZZA is catching on. *If pizza could be sexy this would be it for me.
