✨Not Our Season of Life✨

Hi friends! We hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season + getting ready for all of the Christmas festivities just around the corner! 🎄❤️

We have some news to share with all of you! We wish the news was a bit more “merry + bright” to keep the holiday spirit in full swing…but it is with extremely heavy hearts, sincere thoughts, + lots of intentional prayer that we announce the closing of Ludington Kid’s Clubhouse - effective immediately 💔

We are heartbroken to see this dream of ours come to an abrupt end (+ if you know me, you know this is all extremely hard for my heart) but we have come to the hard conclusion that this is just not the right season in our lives to be running a new, small business.

When we signed our lease at Lofts on Rowe, we didn’t know we were expecting our second baby! Which, oh my goodness, is such an amazing blessing! But with another child, comes another level of difficulty in so many aspects of life - not to mention running + operating a business as the full-time owners and employees —> while also being a mama + daddy (with another full time job) to two babes!

We mentioned in our last post that this month has been rough in the Ambrose household. We started off with an awful case of hand foot mouth, then onto strep throat, a viral infection, and now Covid. We are worn down + exhausted after the month we have had.

All of this to say - it has made us step back to re-evaluate what is most important in our lives. And without a shadow of a doubt or hesitation, our answer was OUR FAMILY. Our boys. Our marriage. Being present. Being mama + daddy. So although this decision is beyond challenging, we feel that we are doing what is best for this time in our lives.

We will miss all of your smiling faces. Miss the laughs (+ baby giggles). Miss the tears. Miss being a part of such a wonderful community. We thank you for giving us something that is so hard to walk away from. We love you all. We hope to continue to see your kiddos grow + walk together on this crazy, wild, awesome journey of parenthood.

**We will be canceling all memberships effective immediately + will issue refunds for anyone that reaches out with unused punches on a punch card. Please DM us your name, date of purchase, # of punches remaining, how many kiddos on the punch card, + if on a card, the last 4 digits (if paid in cash, we will offer reimbursement via Venmo) if you wish to receive a refund - we will continue this offer thru 12/31. Members - please stop by Lofts on Rowe to drop your fob off to the leasing manager (the office right across from the clubhouse)**

✨Closed This Week✨

We are so sorry to announce that we will be closed starting Monday, December 18th through Tuesday, December 26th. Our family has been through sickness after sickness these past few weeks + we need some time to recuperate + get healthy for the holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope you all will understand! We hope everyone stays healthy + has a wonderful Christmas surrounded by the people you love🎄❤️✨🎁

This includes members as well. Unfortunately, with our family being ill, we are unable to do the proper cleaning + tidying up of the clubhouse that is needed after members visit. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Do you want to bring your kiddos to the Christmas Movie Night - but are worried they aren’t the right age? Or that they may not sit still through a whole movie? Well no need to worry! Clubhouse movie nights are the best because they are perfect for the whole family. Age is just a number - come hang with us! We also know that it can be a challenge to get kiddos to sit still for long periods of time (our 18 month old will sit for about 30 seconds before he’s on to the next thing 😅). So don’t let that be a barrier either! Our play structures + toys will be ready to entertain during the movie as well.

✨Christmas Movie Night✨

Friday, December 22nd 🎄 Doors open at 5:00pm with the movie starting at 5:30pm 🎬

Limited amount of tickets (10) are available!

Purchasing a ticket includes the following:

•Admission for 1 child and 1 adult into LKC
•1 Hot Chocolate per child
•1 Christmas treat per child
•1 drink item per adult (hot chocolate, pop, juice, sparkling water, etc..)

We will be showing the Polar Express! 🚂 This movie runs for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Personal pillows + blankets are encouraged!

**If we have less than 5 children signed up by Thursday, December 21st at 3:00pm - the event will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded.**

Hours will be as follows:

Monday - Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday: Closed

Member hours remain unchanged!

We love seeing all of the smiling faces at the clubhouse! Seeing the joy that the clubhouse brings to both kiddos + caregivers is the best part of our job ✨ We love seeing new faces + meeting new people - but we also love that our clubhouse crew is becoming a family 🤍 We all need community + we are overjoyed that we can help facilitate that here.
