We are proudly family-owned and operated and go beyond merely serving food. We are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience. A Lubbock tradition since 1982, The Plaza is a family-owned and -operated Mexican restaurant serving up authentic Tex-Mex in a friendly, vibrant atmosphere. A new generation of the Ramos family has taken over, and we’re just as committed to offering the same great experience our community has come to know and love over the years. We strive to put a personal touch on our service by making our guests feel at home and often greeting them by name. When you and your family sit down for a meal here, you can be sure you’ll be taken care of. Whether you’re here for a crispy relleno, a heaping helping of fajitas, or want to relax in the bar with a margarita, we hope to see you soon!
