Come experience authentic Japanese flavors at Yamagata! 🇯🇵

Try our Shabu Shabu (hot pot), one of Japan's most popular and interactive dishes. The name comes from the gentle "swish swish" sound as thinly sliced meats are dipped into simmering broth right at your table.

Enjoy cooking fresh cuts of meat, seafood, and crisp vegetables to your own tastes and liking. It's more than a meal, it's an experience!

Bring your friends and family and make it a meal to remember at Yamagata.
