Dear Port Lavaca Community,

Thank you so much for the incredible support you have shown our food trailer! Since the day we first opened our window, the warmth and hospitality of this town have made us feel right at home. Saying goodbye is never easy, and it is with a heavy heart that we share some bittersweet news. Our food trailer will be moving to a new city tomorrow.

As we prepare for this next chapter, we want you to know just how much we are going to miss you. Whether you stopped by for a quick lunch, braved the Texas heat to wait in line, or shared our daily specials with your friends, you helped a small business dream become a reality.

We will deeply miss the weekly chats, the familiar faces, and the wonderful spirit of this community that embraced us so warmly. You didn't just support our business; you became a part of our family. Thank you for the memories, Port Lavaca. You will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Ready to hit the road in the morning to Lubbock. Keep in mind we are still transitioning from our old logo to the new one. As soon as our new ones are ready we will remove the old ones from the trailer. For now though our logo on the trailer is the picture below. We are excited to be back in West Texas! We are planning a soft opening by this Friday. Keep your eyes peeled on our page the next 24 hours for time and location.

Good afternoon y’all! We will be open at 4 PM today. We will have our brisket plates today and ribs! Sides we have are corn cob, beans, and potato salad. We do have several crunch bags left. One Doritos ranch and 5 hot cheeto bags.

Also for every brisket plate sold or rib plate we will throw in a free can soda.

Good morning yall! We will be back tomorrow from 4pm-9pm. We are going to try to sell out everything this week and money made will go to help my dad. We have had a lot going on but we look forward to seeing yall this week!

Ok yall so a little about me: I love trying new things and creating flavor twists. I tried this and me and my kiddos love it completely so I wanna know what y’all think. I’m going to be making teriyaki barbecue ribs today! Wanted to see if anyone wanted to place a pre-order for them. They will be ready for pick up this evening. It’ll basically be like our three rib plate for $16.

It will come with our buttery corn on the cob and spicy rice and choice of coke, sprite or Dr Pepper(canned drink).

I’m only making a limited amount of them to give it a little test run and see what y’all think. If you place your order by noon, I will give you a two dollar discount on your meal.
