-grassfed burger with shinerbock mustard and caramelized onions...
-char-grilled salmon with fresh chèvre, pumpkin seed oil, and roasted beet quinoa....
-or maybe a crispy confit pork salad!!!
so many choices and such a short lunch break!!!

t's another rockin' day at the Crafthouse, be sure to get your lunch fix by 2 pm! We are keeping your drinks pouring until 6 pm when dinner starts. Dinner will run through until 10 pm but we are partying tonight until midnight in the bar!! So, be sure to come see us! ~~~~

Hello Everyone!
We are so close and can't wait to be up and running again. Our expected date is August 16th. The hours of operation will be from 11a - 10p.
As most of you know, we are changing our concept but we will still have the most exciting and innovative menu that Lubbock has seen, as well as a brand new bar offering a huge variety of craft beers on tap to entice your taste buds even more!!!
Please come in and see us next week. A lot of our old staff will be here, as well as some bright new faces.
Jason's menu is exciting and delicious! Our new look is going to stop You in your tracks. Can't wait till Thursday! I hope we see you next week!!!
