Please join us in celebrating Bree K., our October Winning Hearts Award: The Comeback Kid recipient at Chick-fil-A 82nd & Milwaukee!

With nearly five years on our team, Bree has built meaningful relationships with both guests and fellow team members. Those connections are one of the things she loves most about working at Chick-fil-A, and they reflect the heart behind the hospitality she brings to each shift.

Bree’s favorite place to be is drive-thru drinks, where she enjoys the fast-paced environment and always having something to do. Her go-to breakfast order is a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit on a bun with pepper jack.

Outside of work, Bree enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Big changes are coming to 82nd & Milwaukee!

Beginning TOMORROW Friday, October 9th, we’ll be temporarily closing our doors as we begin an exciting remodel.

When we reopen, guests can look forward to a refreshed interior, Mobile Thru, an additional drive-thru exit lane, and a new, more accessible patio. Most importantly, the remodel will give our team more space and a more efficient drive-thru work area, helping us serve guests more quickly and smoothly.

Be sure to follow along for updates and behind-the-scenes looks as the transformation takes place!

Most importantly, the remodel will give our team more space and a more efficient drive-thru work area, helping us serve guests faster and more smoothly.

Our delivery operations have already moved to our sister restaurant at 69th & Slide, and the rest of our team will be ready to serve you there throughout the remodel.

Please join us in celebrating Sarah H., our September Winning Hearts Award: Above & Beyond recipient at Chick-fil-A 82nd & Milwaukee.

After nine months on our team, Sarah has become a great example of what it looks like to care well for both our guests and our team. Her favorite breakfast items are the Chicken & Waffles breakfast sandwich and Chick-n-Minis, but what she appreciates most about Chick-fil-A is something that goes beyond the food: the genuine care shown to both guests and team members.

Delivery is where Sarah feels most at home. She loves that her role takes her everywhere—from interacting with guests and teammates in the restaurant to getting on the road and bringing a little Chick-fil-A hospitality to those who can't make it into the restaurant. And if you happen to catch her singing dramatically or dancing at a stoplight, consider that part of the delivery experience.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys dancing, singing, watching movies, playing games, and being silly with her husband and three kids. She also loves cooking and baking whenever she gets the chance.

Her greatest goal isn't about a career or accomplishment, but about the example she sets for her children—to love God, embrace who He created them to be, and show His love to others throughout their lives.

Alisha has been part of the Chick-fil-A team for six months and has quickly become known for the care and hospitality she shows to every guest. She exemplifies what it means to go the second mile by creating meaningful interactions and making a positive difference in someone's day.

Her favorite menu item is the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich, and her favorite place to work is the dining room, where she says all the action is. She enjoys meeting new people, serving guests, and making everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the doors.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys reading and coaching softball, investing her time in both personal growth and encouraging others. A fun fact about her is that she can solve a Rubik's Cube!
