Located in the Depot District of downtown Lubbock there is a special place that has been enchanting customers for over 22 years; La Diosa Cellars. Owner and executive chef Sylvia Burillo McPherson is the creator and designer for this little gem. Raised in Los Angeles, California, and being of Spanish and Mexican descent, she has a spirit that thrives around creativity, culture, good food and w**e. As a retired interior designer, she embarked on a dream to have her own restaurant to celebrate her heritage. Coupled with husband Kim McPherson, w**emaker and owner of McPherson Cellars Winery she has brought Sangria into the spotlight pairing it and other w**es with her cuisine.

There is passion with her dedication to creating not only flavorful dishes and procuring fine w**e, but also an exotic environment so uniquely her own that it has awestruck customers far and wide. La Diosa’s menu is sprinkled with flavors from her Spanish father, and her own creations inspired from her travels. It is the blend of traditional and classic Spanish dishes, sangria, splendid w**es, and a magically warm environment that brings customers together for celebrations and for intimate moments to make memories, and to feel transported into another world of pure pleasure. ✨❤️‍🔥
