For our August Wheel Ups, I’d like to give special recognition to our Indiana Manager, Avery! 💛

August is always a challenging month for our team. So many of our team members are heading back to school, adjusting to new schedules, sports, activities, and everything that comes with the start of a new school year.

Despite all of that change, all three of our Wheel Ups this month came from Avery’s store!

Training and developing your team takes intentionality even during the easiest months. Continuing to prioritize their growth during one of the busiest and most transitional times of the year says a lot about Avery and the culture she’s building at Indiana.

We’re incredibly proud of our three team members Tatum, Lula, & Makayela who put in the work to earn their next Wheel, but we also want to recognize the leadership behind them.

Avery, thank you for continuing to teach, encourage, and push your team forward. You're awesome!

At Happy’s, our Wheel System is how our team learns, grows, and works their way toward more responsibility.

Each wheel represents another level of knowledge, skill, confidence, and leadership and moving up means they had to put in the time and energy to show up and be better every day.

July was such a great month of growth!

So proud of every person who tested this month and the leaders who got them there!
It takes a special person to commit to becoming better day in and day out. We hope you feel the care and dedication on your next visit!
