Skyviews is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant operated by the Restaurant, Hotel, & Institutional Management program at Texas Tech University. Skyviews is set above the treetops on the sixth floor of the Texas Tech Plaza at 19th and University and is almost entirely student-run. Open to the public throughout the year, Skyviews combines unique, delectable menu offerings with beautif

ul views of the Texas Tech campus and surrounding neighborhoods to create an unparalleled dining experience for any occasion. We are not only a venue that serves the dining public, but a venue where RHIM students learn and gain invaluable restaurant management experience from the inside out. Each buffet includes delicious entrees, a variety of sides, a fresh salad bar, hot soup, composed salads, decadent desserts, and a beverage for an unbeatable value. Our renowned Dinner Series features weekly rotating menus of exciting ethnic and regional cuisines and themes. Meticulously prepared by our very own RHIM students under the direction of the management team Jason Lindley and Alex Carpenter, our dinners are presented as refined 4-7 course prix fixe chef's menus.
