**Chez Sami β€” Downtown**

The weekend prix fixe is back. Fifty dollars. Three courses. No filler.

Start with the vitello tonnato. Thin-sliced duroc pork. Tonnato sauce. Capers. A squeeze of lemon. Simple food, done right.

Then the Texas Carbonara. Smoked pork cheek bacon. Pecorino. Egg. Black pepper. Texas met Rome and they got along fine.

Finish with dessert. Your choice. We won’t tell you what to want.

And the wine list is great but we are running some great specials. Chablis for the clean drinkers. A rosΓ© for the porch-sitters. Beaujolais by the glass for the ones who can’t decide.
