Hey all you faithful customers and friends, THANK YOU for your business and your support over the past several years. YOU are helping me to realize the dream of owning my own business; a dream I've had since I was a kid selling homemade cookies to my neighborhood. THE IDEA
This thing started just as a unique fundraiser for my sons' little league. I figured selling candy bars and jerky sticks woul
d only work a few times until everyone starts getting tired of it. Meanwhile, I had taken my younger son to a Texas Tech baseball game where I noticed a kettle corn vendor. We bought a bag and as I looked out at the sold-out crowds, I noticed that just about everyone had done the same! I thought, "Hey, what a great idea!"
Kettle corn + baseball = fresh idea = fun day = revenue for our league! So, I spent several months researching the industry and discovered everyone was having fun! So, I built my own equipment, asked a pastor friend about setting up at his church's annual pumpkin patch fundraiser, rented a small u-haul trailer, and off we went. FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED
We've been truly blessed to grow a small business. It not only gives me the opportunity to work with my wife, but also to teach my kids about the benefits and lessons of owning and building our business, without going into any debt. OUR MENU
We make authentic, small-batch, hand-popped kettle corn, offered in several flavor varieties. We also offer hand-made, fresh-squeezed lemonade and limeade. And, we pioneered Italian Ice in a mobile unit format to Lubbock and the South Plains. AND, (phew) we make fresh pork rinds in several flavors. We hope you'll continue to follow us and watch us grow!
