With over 13 years of dedication and innovation, I am proud to reintroduce myself to the vibrant community of Delray Beach and South Florida. As the former owner and creator of **The New Vegan** restaurant, I’ve spent the last decade developing award-winning vegan menus that have shaped the local vegan culture.

**Exciting New Developments!**
In addition to the restaurant, I’ve taken on a 10-acre farm in **Loxahatchee, Florida**, where I’ve grown my own produce and developed a new **black turmeric product** in capsules and tinctures. After taking the past year to focus on growing and refining the black turmeric crop and products, I’m now back to reopening the restaurant with 100% commitment to providing the best quality meals to the community.
