It’s nice to be reminded of the complexity of the Universe and how small we really are. From the magnificent mountains to the humble honey bee, we are constantly reminded that we really don’t understand how the world works and even in the modern world, it’s okay to leave room for mystery.
Honestly, catimors are not the best coffees in the world. So it was a surprise when we cupped Armand and Dublas’ harvest this year and one that stood out to us the most was this one.
When we told Armando how we really liked this paru ular coffee, he smiled and said, “oh that’s because I put the beehive in that part of the farm.”
Thus became Buzz and Bean, or “the bee coffee” 🐝☕️
