Now Hiring all positions! Business hours are Tuesday-Sat, 4pm-9pm. These are evening and weekend positions, with the occasional daylight shifts available due to events. If you are unable to consistently work evening and weekends shifts, please do not apply. Hiring Servers, line cooks and dishwashers. Must be 18.
Ideal candidates will be available during these days and times.(we are not looking to fill one shift at this time ex: only Saturdays ect.)
Be able to be on time.
Have limited cell phone usage.
Does not request or call off most of their scheduled shifts.
Can be a team player.
Can take constructive criticism.
Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Dishwasher - general start time is 5pm- close. No experience needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Stack pans according to shape and size.
Be comfortable working with discarded foods.
Also responsible for taking out trash and boxes.
Line cook- some experience preferred.
Must be able to follow a recipe.
Have a sense of urgency.
Can work well with others and can accept constructive criticism.
General knowledge of food safety regulations.
