Carmel Society) was originally chartered by the Ohio Secretary of State on December 4, 1895. The Charter is recorded in Volume 69, Page 147 of the incorporation records of the Ohio Secretary of State. Pietro Pirone, Nicola Pisecello, Giovanni Lombardi, Fredrico DePasquale and Giovanni Mezzacappa signed the original Charter on December 2, 1895. Carmel Society has been in continuous existence since the signing and filing of the original Charter. Carmel Society proudly maintain the customs and traditions of our Founders.
