This one was three kinds of peppers, onions, a touch of Blue cheese, sausage, Nueskes bacon, crispy hash browns, eggs stirred in and four cheese sprinkled on top! Remember....it varies! Always will have hash browns, and eggs for sure! Then it's a surprise!

Breakfast Saturday! Pulled pork omelet has been popular and tomorrow it will have another omelet with BBQ inspiration... BRISKET! Tried one tonight and thought it was very good. I used onions, green pepper, shredded four cheese mix and various BBQ sauce on the side. Sorry..no picture it was gone too quick! Try one!
