Mayor Moore has posted an event to meet the Mayor this Saturday… now I would share it but he has blocked this page from his so I had to screenshot from another page the details…he won’t debate Bill Adams For Mayor per public council meetings, he refuses to answer questions, he doesn’t fulfill FOIAs, he won’t respond to emails, and the list goes on… so here is your chance to maybe get your answers…see the man in person…or not… he is pretty good at delegating responsibility to others or deferring, so good luck! Press Release from Mayor Moore….a few concerns and questions….he states he did not place the tag…fair enough…however NO WHERE in the immediate release did he state that he was not the owner of the tag or it was not associated to his number… maybe why the investigation is still open? Maybe why there is still pending answers from the BC Sheriffs office…it would lead a reasonable person to believe that he might not have placed it but it does not mean he is not guilty by association…or at least until he is proven not connected in ANY WAY. Lowell Flock Camaras…the big debate…here are some facts…
Per Chief Kuth's own words on live news 5NEWS , they have solved 1 homicide, unknown amount of stolen vehicle(s), and drug trafficking case….here is what we know from the audit…in one year’s time.This activity is from May 13, 2025 to July 27, 2026 with only 4 Flock cameras in use.
887 searches were made from Lowell Police Department.
Only 43 license plates were seen and 329 license plates were redacted from the system.
Of those 887 searches only 451 had actual case numbers, leaving the remaining 436 searches with no case number, this is actual FACTS from the Flock audit system.
887 searches that averages to 10 a day. There are days going back in the audit logs where information is completely redacted all the way across.
Questions should be asked and furthermore detailed audits be done. City council needs to do their due diligence thoroughly and ask a lot of questions. Last City Council meeting Chief Kuth was caught in a lie even on record…asked by Flores for all the current contracts that the city held for the Flock system. Council members were provided a 1-year contract, Chief Kuth stated they were under a 2-year contract he signed. When Flores asked why they were not given that contract when a FOIA asked to release all the current contracts and information Chief Kuth fumbled and lied and passed the responsibility as a leader to those below him. Flores stated I am asking you as Administration and the Mayor, who both denied accountability.

Can a mayor or local official block you on social media?
Here is what the law says:
According to the U.S. Supreme Court, when a public official, Mayor Chris Moore, uses a social media account to conduct city business, announce policies, or engage with constituents, that page is considered a public forum.
In the landmark case Lindke v. Freed (2024), the Supreme Court ruled that public officials cannot block users or delete comments just because they disagree with a specific viewpoint or political criticism. Doing so violates the First Amendment and federal law under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
If a page is used for official community updates—even if it is also a campaign page—the official cannot legally silence constituents for expressing different opinions. Freedom of speech applies online, too!
Mayor Chris Moore is not transparent, he silences the community. He has blocked countless members of his community for posting truths and opinions, continuing to violate laws and policies. City of Lowell Arkansas
