💕 Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and it’s time to sweeten up your celebrations!

Here are 3 lovely pre-order options for your holiday gatherings:

1. For Couples: 2 gourmet cupcakes to share! Perfect addition to a romantic dinner. $10 (Flavors TBD)

2. For Families: A cookie kit with 8 large sugar cookies, 3 packs of naturally colored royal icing, and a sprinkle pack—I’ll handle the baking, you handle the memory making! $20

3. For Parties: A large chocolate chip cookie cake decorated with naturally colored buttercream—you’re not obligated to share this one but it’s big enough too! $30

Pick-up will be on Friday, February 14th in Lowell. Message me to secure your spot 🫶

Thank you all for your patience as I transitioned into a new work role this past fall! The GREAT news is, I absolutely LOVE my new position. I get to work in a really exciting industry, using my creativity every day with an amazing group of women who inspire me constantly—think ultimate boss babes, all about support, laughter, and empowerment.

Of course, balancing this new chapter with family life means my schedule is a bit tighter, so I’m only able to take a very limited number of baking orders right now. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out, but please understand I may not always be available. I'll still be sharing fun recipes and cute bakes as they come up, so be sure to stay connected!

With a daughter who has egg allergies in a classroom that has dairy allergies I’ve made a lot of vegan cupcakes lately. This one is my best recipe for a fluffy vanilla cupcake!

I added some sprinkles for a little Funfetti excitement this time. Here is a pro tip for adding sprinkles, fruit or chocolate chips to your cake recipe—lightly coat your additions in flour before adding to batter so they don’t all fall to the bottom of the cake when baking.

For plant based butter I like Country Crock Unsalted plant butter but use whatever you like! Happy caking friends!

The Best ⭐️ Egg free ⭐️ Delectably Soft ⭐️ Super flavorful ⭐️ Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 ¼ cups flour (your favorite brand)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter (room temp.)
½ cup white granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup milk (cold)
1 cup chocolate chips (mix dark and milk chocolate together)

Tips ⭐️

-Cream sugar and butter together for 2-3 minutes first.

-Fold in chocolate chips at the end (as one would fold in the cheese…)

-I make small cookies about (40 grams) for the kiddos and this recipe makes 24 small cookies.

-Sprinkle tops with sea salt just before baking or when they are fresh out of the oven

-Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until bottoms are just browned. Leave on the pan to continue setting for 5 minutes before transferring to cookie rack.

Good afternoon friends,

First and foremost I have to say thank you all for your amazing support of me and this labor of love I have here. You all have made this year such a huge success!!

I have so many wonderful opportunities on the horizon and because of this I’ve decided to close my custom orders for the rest of the year. Don’t worry if you are on my schedule already your orders will be completed in true Beth Bakes fashion! I would never leave you hanging!

Furthermore, I plan on still doing some holiday pre-sales for cookie kits…so stay tuned for those! And as always I’ll keep posting bakes, tips and tricks on this page so stay connected.
