Welp, we did it! All the prepping, chopping, shredding. 1000 pounds of meat, a few sleepless nights maybe even a couple tears but we pushed through.

The best part about last week wasn’t the fact it was my largest catering event to date, it wasn’t the money either. It was that I was able to work shoulder to shoulder all week with my cousin JR Boss Mcgee, Izell’s brother. I hit him and asked if he’d be willing to help me. He said yes and a few days later I was picking him up from the train. I appreciate you cuzz. Hopefully what you saw made you proud.

A few people asked me if a job this size scared me or if I considered turning it down. Not for one second, I believe in myself. Shout out to all the family and friends that helped this week. Couldn’t have done it without you. 💯
