A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came down and showed PikNix some LOVE this weekend! ❤️

We figured, “Hey, let’s see what happens if we pop up on a regular weekend…” 👀

And our community said… “WE’LL SHOW YOU WHAT HAPPENS!” 😂🙌🏼

You guys seriously DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Every order, every smile, every “that was SO good,” every share, and every person who came out to support us means more than you know. 🥹❤️

PikNix is still a little food truck dream in the making, and because of YOU, we’re ready to keep this thing rolling! 🚚💨

We’re working on being out a couple weekends a month… and who knows, maybe we’ll randomly roll up on a weekday too! 👀🌮🍔🍟
