Today is “change our water filter” day. Can you believe all the gunk in our water supply? 🤢🤮

We live in Loveland, and our commercial kitchen is in Loveland. But it doesn’t matter how much Loveland updates their water facility—the pipes are already contaminated. This is why we trust the eSpring water purifier for one of the most important ingredients we use. Not only does it have an amazing carbon block filter, it also contains a UV-led light to destroy microorganisms. It is a point-of-use system, which means it’s literally the last thing your water touches before being used in our syrup. No dirty pipes to travel through after. We can even transport it and connect it to most sink faucets where ever we go.

We had a great day at the Healthy Living Market in Lebanon today! Thanks to my sister for her amazing sourdough and holding baby Isabella!! She was a very well behaved and happy helper. Come see us in Lebanon again this Thursday at the Lebanon OH Farmers Market!!

We’ve been busy!!!
We have Salted Caramel, Lavender AND the Most Valuable Condiment for your waffles. Seriously, it’s like breakfast in a bottle!!

I’m finally up and moving around enough to make some of the flavors I haven’t gotten to since before baby Isabella made her grand entrance.

Shout out to my amazing husband Rodolfo Rivera for keeping this business alive at all of the farmers markets!! And for helping me stay alive. And for keeping our five children alive. 🤪 He is amazing and you can see him in action tomorrow morning at the West Chester Market from 9am-1pm. Don’t let the weather scare you out of some amazing vendors!!

Almost our whole family is here! Aunt Javonna Lebanon Sourdough Co. has her amazing sourdough and treats. Rodolfo and Haukslee are serving up the syrups. And Aunt Lindy Lindy’s Elderberry is just on the other side dishing out lots of health tonics! Make sure you stop by and say hi!

Until further notice, we will be working on limited flavors. 😭 Unfortunately this accident is requiring more surgeries and it is going to take me a while to heal. We are going to focus on making large batches at a time instead of multiple smaller ones. That way we can serve the most people, be the most efficient, and still keep on moving!! The goal is to have one fresh batch of 50 or more bottles every couple of days, rotating flavors as needed. If you really have a flavor that you can’t live without, please post it in the comments so we can at least prioritize it.

However, salted caramel—especially organic cane sugar—is incredibly finicky! I’m not sure we can do a large batch of that until we figure out a better method of making it or until I am completely healed. So that one will be last on our list. I apologize as that is definitely a favorite!!

One thing is for sure—I will not be riding a bike again any time soon!! Today is a much more painful day, so please continue to pray for fast healing!

Saturday marks the first farmers market of the season that we will be at! (Even if I’m limping around😅)
