Well it’s our very last day out! We can officially say “Ciao!” We’re at today opening at 1pm, we’ve come full circle as Stodgy was where we had our grand opening. Come visit, say goodbye and enjoy one last pizza before we sell out. Huge thank you to the NOCO community the last 5 and a half years they have been amazing to say the least and will be cherished memories for us. We will miss you!

Today is our last day at we’re also out tomorrow for our very last day EVER at Stodgy Brewing. We’re opening today at 4pm and open until we sell out. Come early, grab a pie and tell us bye! See you soon!

UPDATE 4/10
Okay so here’s the deal. We’ve been SLAMMED from when we open our window to when we sell out of food and we REALLY appreciate the love over the last couple days! With that being said from now until our last shift on the 24th we WILL sell out, we’ve been making as much pizza dough as we can but there is a finite amount. Im begging you to not wait until 7:30 to try and come get pizza, I’d hate to disappoint you by being sold out but it will happen, so the earlier the better, see you soon!

UPDATE!
You've all been asking so here is an update: Ciao will be closing down permanently on April 24th 2026. We know, we know, we're sad about it too and we will miss you all very much. We have 8 more dates out this month and our last day will be at Stodgy Brewing on the 24th, we hope you're able to make it out to see us and say goodbye and have your last pie from us. It's bittersweet for us to be announcing our last days as we had hoped the Ciao legacy could live on without us, but no such luck (Sorry! We tried!). We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the memories we've made, this wonderful community enabled us to create a thriving business, make so many friends and have so many marvelous memories, so thank you. We will miss you all and if you'd like to keep in touch shoot us a message and we'll send you our email addresses! In case you missed our original post, we're moving to Paris, France for new adventures!

We dont usually get political and as small business owners, we have been struggling with the National Strike and how to address it but our fellow small business owners at Me oh My in Laporte/Loveland had one of the best responses we've seen so were going to borrow their words.....Our small business is still responsible to our customers, vendors and brewery partnerships. Please take a read and we appreciate you supporting small business. We will be at Stodgy Brewing today from 1-7:30pm, come grab a pizza or even just come say hi. We see you, we support you, we stand with you.

"Please take a moment to notice all your favorite small businesses that are coming out to say there is no way they can just not be open on a Friday in January (one of the slowest months in small business). And please remember that even in supporting this protest... small businesses still NEED you. Don't go to Target. Don't go to King Soopers. And MOSTLY, DO NOT GO TO WHOLE FOODS!!!!

But, PLEASE... GO TO YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!! Honestly, .01% of us can afford to close right now for a full day. Our employees cannot lose the hours. And if we have no sales.... it will be devastating. Actually turn up and give us our best Friday this month, because it's been depressing as f!@ #!

We need to talk more on how small businesses are the heaviest taxed and we need the big businesses to start showing up for human rights by shutting down for a day. Not those of us who can’t afford it. We all just gotta eat still."

We had a small oven fire yesterday down inside one of our pizza oven burners so unfortunately we won’t be at tonight as scheduled, we’re spending the day getting necessary repairs done. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you tomorrow at 1pm

Dan and I are hanging out at Odell Brewing Co Fort Collins today from 12-4pm the brewery closes at 4pm today! We’d love to see you today and say merry Christmas! Today is our last day out this year (we will be out of town until January 9th) then back to our regular schedule after that!
