At Stesti Brewery & Farm, our Wagyu Angus cattle graze freely on open Texas pastures — but they also get a pretty uniquely Stesti addition to their diet: spent malt from our brewery. 🍺🐄

Instead of that malt going to waste after brewing, it becomes part of the farm. Add in ☀️ solar power helping run the operation and 🌧️ rainwater being collected and put to use, and you start to see how everything at Stesti connects.

And eventually, that farm-to-table story arrives on your plate with two very special cuts:
