Tried Palermo’s Italian Restaurant - Baxter tonight and wow.

The lamb chops were perfectly seared, rich sauce, tender as anything. And that pizza? Loaded with peppers, olives, mushrooms, sausage - exactly how it should be.

If you’re in Louisville, they’re at 936 Baxter Ave. Already planning my next visit.
