It's hard to put into words what this first week has meant to us. To finally see our dining room filled with laughter, conversation, and people sharing meals together has been more than we ever could have imagined.
To every guest who chose to spend an evening with us—thank you. Your support has meant everything. Every reservation, every kind word, every recommendation to a friend, and every smile across the table has reminded us why we started this journey.
To our incredible team—you are the heart of TANA. Thank you for your long hours, your patience, your resilience, and the care you pour into every service. Opening week has brought challenges, lessons, unforgettable moments, and you've met each one with determination and grace. We couldn't do this without you!
