Coming from the French word gratter (meaning to scrape or scratch), a gratin originated in regional French kitchens as any dish baked until it forms a crisp, golden crust.

Our Macaroni Gratin is pure comfort bubbling under that same crisp, golden crust.

“My wife and I visited M. Peppers, and as a huge lover of French cuisine, I was absolutely delighted by the experience!

The restaurant is not pretentious, yet its atmosphere beautifully captures the elegance and refinement of a traditional French brasserie.

We started with the steak tartare, which was absolutely incredible, followed by the moules frites and steak frites. Both dishes were exquisite in quality and flavor.

The manager stopped by our table and had a wonderful conversation with us, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to our server, Miguel, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit.

Mushrooms a la Plancha: Frondosa Farms mushrooms with plenty of garlic splashed with sherry vinegar and finished with a 3D Valley Farm egg yolk.

Break the yolk and stir it through the warm mushrooms.
