Today I’m celebrating the No. 2 on the mainstay board. Corned Beef with pickled red cabbage and dijonnaise on rye. This one is in the top 3 for many of our team and for good reason. Our house corned beef is savory and aromatic; some of you know our secret curing spices;) We pickle our red cabbage with similar spices and tart vinegars to add a tangy, sour and sweet flavor. Dijonnaise is the finishing touch to add creaminess and still adds a mustard kick to the corned beef. Get it daily!
