Thank you for supporting us over the years. Every visit, carryout order, and post sharing our food has meant so much to us. We appreciate every single one of you.

We’ve watched your families grow and celebrated milestones with you. Some of you have watched my son grow up here too. Those memories will always stay with us.

Come dine with us one last time tomorrow 9/30. WE WILL BE OPEN FROM 4PM - 10PM and would love to see you before we say goodbye.

After 8 amazing years, we have made the difficult decision to close Eatz Vietnamese Restaurant, with OUR LAST DAY BEING SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.

Since opening on Barrett Avenue in 2018 and later moving to Frankfort Avenue, we have been incredibly grateful for the support of our Louisville community. What started as a small dream grew into something far greater because of all of you. From busy lunch rushes and packed dining rooms to familiar faces who became friends, every visit, kind word, and meal shared with us helped make Eatz what it is today.

This decision comes as our owner, Nam Huynh, takes time to focus on his health, spend more time with family, and pursue future ventures. While this chapter is coming to an end, we hope it may not be goodbye forever. We are exploring the possibility of a smaller Eatz concept in the future, and you may even see us back on the road with a food truck 🤩

THANK YOU for supporting us throughout the years and allowing us to be part of Louisville’s story. We would love the opportunity to serve you one last time before our final day on September 30 and personally thank you for all the love and support you have shown us since 2018.
