Our house made salsiccia is made using pork from our friends , and features 12 month aged provolone, sweet caramelized vidallia onions, and soleggiati tomatoes.

Furthermore, garlic scapes are in season - look out for scapes on the Marinara - the neapolitan classic and chef 's favorite pie.
