Fall makes me think of cool nights by a fire or watching college football on Saturdays. Maybe hitting up a pumpkin patch for pumpkins and apples to bake a homemade pie.

But at the bakery, it’s all about those pumpkin spice flavors!
We’ve got our famous pumpkin rolls ready to go for $25 each or two for $40!
Our apple butter is jarred and ready too, just $6 for an 8 oz. jar.
Don’t forget our pumpkin bread for $10—it’s the good stuff. Oh, and you can add pecans or chocolate chips for just $2 more.
We’ve also got pumpkin pie! It’s $28 for a 9-inch deep-dish; add homemade whipped cream for $3 more!

To order these or anything else, just reach out:

This man right here! My grandfather! His name was Buford. He was the head baker for Heitzmans bakery and he also owned his own bakery called Adamsons Bakery in LaGrange. He passed away in 2007.

In 2010, I started culinary school wanting to be a world class chef! But things change. I had to do 12 weeks of baking as part of the curriculum to graduate. While doing this class... I fell in love with it! I knew i wanted to be a baker! Probably why my grandfather did as well. Working with your hands and the creativity of it is the best part!

To this day... I wish he was here telling me all his tips and tricks of the trade and to have him beside me watching and teaching me! But I know he is watching me from above!

I wish I could find his recipes so I could try to recreate them and to keep his legacy with me as I grow Bobby J's Bakery.
