Since the 1400s, the Schlenkerla brewery in Bamberg, Germany has been famous for their smoked beers. But their Helles is a little different.

The malt is not smoked for this one. Instead, they brew and lager it in the exact same copper kettles as their signature smoke beers. Just by sharing that space, the Helles naturally absorbs a subtle hint of smoke while staying incredibly clean.

That’s exactly why it works so well here. It cuts right through the richness of brisket or pulled pork without overpowering your palate.

On July 4th, 2012, we unlocked the doors to Feast BBQ. We’re open tomorrow for the holiday, which officially makes it our 14th Anniversary 🎆🎂.

To celebrate, we’re running our daily Pitstop deal all day long. That means you get 20oz boozie slushies for $8 all day and automatic 20oz beer upgrades for the cost of a pint. From open to close.

Sunday is the only day for ribs at Feast. We smoke a set number of racks over hickory first thing in the morning, and when today’s batch is gone, that’s it until next week.

We do it this way to ensure every single rib on your table is at its absolute best.

So if you’re craving ribs, your best bet is to get here early.
