Investing in the next generation of culinary talent ❤️ Our Community Engagement Committee recently partnered with Iroquois High School to support students in their culinary program through a multi-session mentoring experience.

Over seven sessions, our team had the chance to connect with students through career talks, leadership development, and hands-on guidance covering personal branding, goal setting, time management, and resume and interview prep. The final session gave students the opportunity to present what they learned and reflect on their growth.

Huge thank you to George S. Arbocus Jr., Whitney Chittum, Laura DeFazio, SHRM-CP, PHR, Teresa Zuberer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Caroline Ledington for showing up and sharing their time and experience.
