Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11 and the countless individuals whose lives were forever changed by the events of that day.
For many, the memories remain vivid. For others, September 11 is understood through the experiences and stories that continue to be shared across families, workplaces, and communities. Regardless of where we were 25 years ago, this day serves as a reminder of the resilience of people, the strength of communities, and the importance of coming together during difficult times.
We honor those who lost their lives, the families and friends who continue to carry their memories, the first responders who answered the call without hesitation, and those who have chosen to serve their communities and country, including many veterans and service members among our PTK family.
At Paradise, this reflection aligns closely with Honor from our HEART values. We believe in respecting the past, appreciating the sacrifices and contributions of those who came before us, and staying connected to the communities where we live and work. Taking time to remember significant moments in our shared history helps us keep those commitments at the forefront.
As we move through the day, this moment of remembrance serves as an opportunity to pause and reflect on the people, relationships, and opportunities that matter most. Acts of kindness, service, and support for one another are meaningful ways to honor the spirit of unity, resilience, and community that emerged from such a difficult day.
